INTERIM PATRON SERVICES MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is an interim position with the possibility of permanent hire. At this time, the position goes until June 30th, 2024. Working closely with the Director of Communications and the Artistic Director, the Interim Patron Services Manager will fulfill all ticket requests for Profile Members and for single ticket buyers; create emails to group constituencies like affinity night patrons and Profile artist “alumni,” as well as pro forma communications to ticket holders; and related patron services tasks as assigned.

The Patron Services Manager also assists on a series of Member and donor touch-points throughout the spring, including Artist Dinners, First Reads, Behind The Scenes Open Rehearsals, and Opening Night receptions, with an eye towards engaging patrons to have a deeper connection to Profile Theatre. Towards the end, the Patron Services Manager also ensures that all donors are acknowledged in a timely manner via letter, email and in playbills.

Profile Theatre strives for a non-siloed, highly collaborative workplace. As such, the Patron Services Manager will collaborate closely with the Artistic Director, the Director of Community Engagement and the Company Manager, in addition to the Director of Communications to whom the Patron Services Manager reports and who directs the PSM’s activities. Rate is $22/hour with an expectation of roughly 20 hours per week, flexible.

COMPANY MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION – The Company Manager has three main job responsibilities: they are the primary staff member keeping the day-to-day operations of the theatre moving forward; they are the primary HR coordinator for both year-round staff and seasonal artists and technicians; and they are the primary staff member setting up events including both Memberships and individual productions / performances in our ticketing software and CRM. 

Operations management include facilitating accounts payable, including approvals, processing and documenting; accounts receivable including receiving, recording and depositing checks; and light office management. HR coordination includes drafting and executing of seasonal contracts, running both production and staff payroll, and liaising with out of town guest artists, particularly their travel and housing needs. Box office management includes serving as the primary patron information technology manager via Profile’s CRM, setting up events and discount codes, selling single tickets and seating Members, and ensuring the Front of House Manager has the info they need regarding attendance of each performance.

Salary is $50,000 plus medical and dental benefits for which the Company pays 90% of the premium, and PTO ranging from 2 weeks in year one to four weeks in year three and beyond.

AUDIENCE SERVICES ASSOCIATES

JOB DESCRIPTION – Audience Services Associates will execute the operations of the audience experience at the theatre through either box office services, house management, or a combination of both. This is a part-time position up to 20 hrs/wk, primarily in the evenings. Starting salary is $15/hour.
