Welcome to the website of Profile Theatre Project, Inc., an Oregon nonprofit public benefit corporation doing business as Profile Theatre (“Profile Theatre,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.profiletheatre.org, including all webpages, online services, digital content, donation and ticketing portals, newsletters, event registrations, forms, and any other online services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”).

Profile Theatre is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and Oregon law. Through professional theatre, educational programming, and community engagement, we seek to inspire meaningful conversation, celebrate artistic excellence, and expand access to the performing arts.

Profile Theatre Project, Inc. does not have statutory members under the Oregon Nonprofit Corporation Act. Participation in donor programs, subscriptions, patron benefits, volunteer activities, educational programs, or community initiatives does not create legal membership rights, voting rights, ownership interests, or governance authority in the corporation unless expressly provided in a written agreement approved by Profile Theatre.

14. Tickets and Event Registration

Tickets for Profile Theatre performances, classes, workshops, and other events may be purchased through our Website or an authorized third-party ticketing provider. By purchasing or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms as well as the terms of any third-party service used to process your transaction.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices, discounts, fees, and availability may change without notice until your purchase is complete.

Profile Theatre reserves the right to limit ticket quantities, refuse or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent or unauthorized, and correct pricing or listing errors.

15. Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, all ticket sales are final.

If Profile Theatre cancels a performance or event, ticket holders may receive a refund, credit, exchange, or another remedy determined by Profile Theatre.

If a performance is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally be honored for the new date. If attendance is not possible, we may offer an exchange, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Requests for exchanges due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Service fees charged by third-party ticketing providers may be subject to the policies of those providers.

16. Performance Changes

Live theatre is a dynamic art form. Profile Theatre reserves the right to make reasonable changes to productions, including changes to:

• Special events associated with a production.

Such changes do not automatically entitle patrons to refunds unless required by law or expressly stated by Profile Theatre.

17. Patron Responsibilities

To help create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, patrons are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during performances and events.

Profile Theatre reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, intoxicated, or otherwise interferes with the experience of other patrons, artists, volunteers, or staff.

Late seating, re-entry after leaving a performance, and seating changes may be limited or denied depending on the production.

Patrons are responsible for complying with any venue policies in addition to Profile Theatre’s policies.

18. Photography and Recording

Unless expressly permitted by Profile Theatre, photography, audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, or other reproduction of performances is prohibited.

Unauthorized recording may violate copyright, contractual obligations, and the intellectual property rights of playwrights, performers, designers, musicians, licensors, and Profile Theatre.

Profile Theatre may photograph or record performances, events, classes, and public gatherings for archival, educational, marketing, fundraising, or promotional purposes. By attending a public event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings. If you have concerns about being photographed, please notify a staff member before the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request where practicable.

19. Accessibility

Profile Theatre is committed to making its performances, programs, and Website as accessible as reasonably possible.

Information regarding available accessibility services, accommodations, or assistive devices will be posted on the Website when available. Requests for accommodations should be made as early as possible so we have an opportunity to respond.

Donations are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Profile Theatre does not store complete payment card information on its servers.
